It's been a busy month here at Bespoke Productions, and we couldn't be more excited to share our latest launch. A couple of weeks ago, we introduced a brand-new podcast that is already making waves. Hosted by the incredible Andrea Claire and edited and produced by Bespoke, The FxCK YOU 50s is the podcast you won't want to miss.

The F*CK YOU 50s: A Bold New Podcast from Bespoke Productions

This is the podcast for women who are DONE tolerating the BS. Let's face it — Aging is trending. And commercialism is cashing in.

Brands are turning our reality into their next big revenue stream, pushing products, promises, and influencers disguised as saviours. They're selling "solutions" to "problems" they invented while we're out here juggling hot flashes, career pivots, and figuring out who the hell decided our laugh lines were something to fix.

Sound familiar? Exhausting, right?

That's exactly why The FxCK YOU 50s exists. It's unfiltered, unapologetic, and undeniably needed. This is your fabulously filter-free dose of real talk, real stories, and a much-needed reality check.

What is Let’s Be Well Together All About?

The podcast takes a deep dive into wellness across 8 key categories: Mental Wellness, Physical Wellness, Spiritual Wellness, Economic Wellness, Environmental Wellness, Artistic Wellness, Intellectual Wellness and Social Wellness

John is joined by a rotating cast of co-hosts and a variety of interesting guests who share their personal experiences, insights, and tips to inspire listeners to prioritize their health and well-being. Each episode is an exploration of how to approach life’s challenges with optimism and practical solutions—no matter where we are in our journey.

In a recent episode, John and co-host Riley dive into the world of fitness trackers. John and co-host Riley chat about the popularity and dependence of fitness trackers and try and remember what health looked like before watches. They share personal anecdotes about the motivation these devices provide, including the not-so-secret act of walking up and down stairs just to get that step count in! They even ponder the idea of a “naked run,” and if they could get by without any tech at all.

Join us in welcoming John and the whole team to the Bespoke Productions Hub. We’re excited for the conversations, insights, and positive energy they’ll bring to our network!
